1. Agreement to Terms

Maximum Liability

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
